How to use portal eSignature
If you decided to use the portal, please fill in simple registration form. After submission you receive notification email, which allows you to activate your account. Through it you can start using our services.
- Profile data
- In the section Settings – Profile data – Contacts you can manage contacts database, who you can send documents to.
- In the section Settings – Certificate after form submission you will create your own certificate (e-signature) for signing documents.
- As current senate (law no. 222/2004 Z.Z.) requires consent of the recipient, we prepared specialized section Settings – Documents, predefined agreement form, which you can send your contacts to. After returned receipt you can send invoices electronically - of course they have to be signed. All the other documents can be sent without the consent of the recipient.
